These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InfiBis Social Media Management Tool, AI Automation and related services provided by Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Registration: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the InfiBis platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use our platform only for lawful business, management or promotional purposes. You may not use the platform to:

1. Automate spam or unsolicited content.
2. Violate platform guidelines of integrated social media APIs.
3. Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or resell our technology.
5. Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property: All platform content, including our AI models, templates, codebase, and UI/UX elements, is the licensed property of Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any component without prior written consent.

Billing & Refunds: All paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms selected. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are issued only in cases of proven system errors or technical faults verified by our team. Affiliate and referral earnings will be credited upon completion of validated purchases by referred users.

Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform, or parts of it, without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to third-party services, including social media APIs.
